This study aims to determine the effect of form plyometric training, namely Tuck jump, Squad and Basic box jump Exercises increase leg muscle strength power. The subject this research is 32 students SMAN 12 Surabaya. results study, power group 1 with an average 609 joules, while post-test were 668 joules. Conclusion for Leg increased by 10% 3%. 2 had pretest 503 joules result 543 8% 3 pre-test 602 645 Conclusions 7% In conclusion, Group 1, 2, exercises affect power, increases are all same which has a big influence, tuck exercise
